Angela Roe and Dmitriy Antonov are the couple launching the project. Experienced entrepreneurs in auto sales, this is their first venture into the world of food and drink.
“We bought this primarily for the car lot aspect,” said Roe. The restaurant “was a nice bonus.”
The couple operates Edgewater Auto Center on the same lot at 4250 Salem-Dallas Highway NW. They saw the property, along with its proximity to the river, as offering great potential for redevelopment.
