This isn’t one of those feel good stories but merely one of those such stories, that makes one stop and think and wonder, Shake your head and ask simply why did the bash shut down? was it a I told you so sort of thing, or was it because the law was the law? I would like to take the higher road and say they shut it down because of covid-19.Either way it has been officially documented that after months of taking in event money and vendors table funds and tickets for the bash, They have stated we will see you all for the 2021 coming year.
IN 2014 Paranormal states star Ryan Daniel Buell was in trouble and also accused of cheating folks out of event refunds.https://abc11.com/entertainment/troubleshooter-buell-friend-speaks-out/226669/
Over the past several months, many out of towns people and ticket holders and events people had raised questions that if this event had not went on, as many had stated they had not thought it would. Would they receive their money back? I mean all their money back was the question. I myself had told people, the event would not go on myself.
Months ago as Pennsylvania governors Wolf states stay in place orders were mandated by Governor Wolf. Pam and Steven Barry, the C.E.O of the said bash had continued to sponsor their event and at no time what so ever, had not stopped taking in events money. To be honest it seemed a little strange, that they waited up until about a week before the said event to cancel it. Some rumors had been circulating, that a very prominent politician had something to do with that shut down, how ever that is purely speculation at this point.
One thing for certain, is that vendors and paid staff have to be refunded within 60 days as per AG Shapiro . And here’s a screenshot of that with complaint contact info if they don’t receive refunds ….
An email had went 0ut to the Wyndham hotel asking them if they are sponsoring the Gettysburg bash event, that boasted more than 100 tables and vendors and than guests how they could do so, if Governor Wolfs mandated restrictions had stated no more than 250 people at an event. That email had never been responded to and than to verify my point. In the direct post, they say the Wyndham had also shut down this event, but did they truly?
When the sly crafters decided to go public and inform their friends and event goers and vendors, several complaints had also began to show up in threads and peoples posts. One such complaint was that a person was wondering why they meaning Pam and Steve had waited up until a week before they cancelled their event. Their response was, it was out of their control? if so was it out of their control to continue for months to the said taking revenues and promoting the bash than? One man writes, there goes his vacation.
Will everyone see any true refunds? that is the six million dollar question. This remains to be seen, but if you were to ask Kenny Biddle, whom has supported and endorsed these people, he would say of course they are and if they don’t he will endorse them and pay all back.
