R.V.A Richmond Paranormal, we are a non profit group? than if so why don’t they show their non profit status?

With fraud ramping up all over the country and the limited sources available to deal with it. More and more groups in the paranormal have began to claim what ever they want. With nobody to ask questions and to verify allegations of per say being that non profit organization. These groups often make a lot of money and all under that guise of not making any at all. I do not know if that is the case with this group, but some are questioning there non profit status. With no evidence to show they have the necessary documents, one would surmise that they don’t have them.

As the laws differ in many states, at least in Virginia as a non profit group, they have to display their credentials and not just say that they are. In many cases as a non profit, the individual businesses must display their earnings and  so forth again this isn’t placed any where on there websites for anybody to see.

One group. That being R.V.A seems to do exactly that. After combing through their pages and doing some searching to verify, if they were or were not that non profit organization, I can simply tell you that no place could be found, that did show their 401 status or any status showing they are a non profit group. But they certainly do claim such. In fact they claimed they started in around 2018.

This is a recent link to their Facebook page. See for your self.

After checking a data base of basically all non profits, we did check this site and found nothing as well.

On R.V.A’s Facebook page they state this and to the left of their page is where they claim non profit status.”
