The lawyers are coming, the lawyers are coming, as the Gettysburg clan gets ready for another Bash announcement.
By MR. WILEY
I have filed false police reports, states the Barry bash foundation. That will fix them. I have named everyone I think is involved in blowing the whistle on me and my woman.
Showing police reports, they say they made and using those said reports to intimidate or stop others from ousting there concerns with alleged charity fraud, should be considered fraud within itself.
I have come to find out making false reports to intimidate witnesses to any crime, is against the law in many areas. To coerce, intimidate or threaten witnesses is a major crime in PA.It is punishable as deemed by any district attorney.
As many folks may not know, the Gettysburg case has been presented to the attorney generals office for review. It has been handed down in utter silence. The sources who came forward, have not been identified and will not be.They have a right to be free from scrutiny and said danger. We have all seen some serious threats and I do believe the people who made them, have also been reported for there treachery and unkind acts.
We do not represent anyone making threats or bullying individuals, but do respect free speech, even though we may contest it at times. Also imply the latter should be held for our own beliefs and said articles.
I saw when MR.Kenny Biddle called me a criminal, supposed we should lawyer up for that to? no, we will simply answer our articles and post back in a more fitting and kinder manner.Again you will not see us using unkind grammar and being threatening and vulgar.
Steven Barry proudly shows alleged police reports, that him and Pam Barry made all over social media .By telling anyone reading his suggested posts, that he had notified the police, made police reports, then gloated,as if that would deter any truth from ever happening in regards to his alleged charity fraud.
These were the recent posts sent to the Herald for review of his filed police reports.Keep in mind, now they are a public record.
All the Herald can say,is that these people will do next to anything they can to shut up any would be whistle blowers.Even file these types of police reports.
I had this happen to myself in Washington State, it actually went to court and the judge ruled it as free speech, saw no harm or breakage of any laws. The case of ours, was dismissed with prejudiced.
for the record, the people they say are involved and harassing them,I have never seen them comment to them directly on any social media platform.I think making any sort of false report, should be punishable.
This story sort of reminds me of the boy who cried wolf to many times.Let’s rehash that story.
There was a Shepherd Boy who tended his sheep at the foot of a mountain near a dark forest. It was lonely for him, so he devised a plan to get a little company. He rushed down towards the village calling out “Wolf, Wolf,” and the villagers came out to meet him. This pleased the boy so much that a few days after he tried the same trick, and again the villagers came to his help. Shortly after this a Wolf actually did come out from the forest. The boy cried out “Wolf, Wolf,” still louder than before. But this time the villagers, who had been fooled twice before, thought the boy was again lying, and nobody came to his aid. So the Wolf made a good meal off the boy’s flock.
