Cosimo is announcing that it is suspending the distribution of the book, Left at East Gate, by Larry Warren and Peter Robbins.
Left at East Gate had originally been published by Marlowe & Company in 1997 and had received widespread praise from UFO experts and others. This book describes what some have called the most significant military UFO incident in history, that took place at RAF Bentwaters, a NATO base in the United Kingdom in 1980. Recently, however, it has been brought to our attention that some of the experiences described in this book may be inaccurate or embellished.
Cosimo is committed to publishing both new and out-of-print books that offer enduring value. We, at Cosimo, will continue to do so in order to inform and inspire our readers. As part of our mission, we specialize in making rare and unique out-of-print books available again, as we did with Left at East Gate. As an independent publisher, we look for quality books in a wide range of genres from public affairs and personal development to history, philosophy and niche subjects such as ufology, and then make a determination whether these books fit well within our catalog. At this moment, we cannot be certain that Left at East Gate still meets this standard. Consequently, we have decided to suspend the distribution of this book, until the situation surrounding it has been clarified to our satisfaction.
Capel Green is a feature length documentary film which focuses on the life of Larry Warren, the original military witness and whistle-blower in these famous Rendlesham Forest Incidents. An insightful and human story about his fight for truth regarding what actually took place in the early hours of Sunday December 28th 1980 in a farmer’s field which sits on the edge of the forest. Described as Britain’s “Roswell”, the mysterious lights and events witnessed by many US Air Force personnel, spanned three evenings; and the Capel Green incident on the third night of activity was by far the most intriguing with a landed craft and strange entities witnessed. A cold case from 37 years ago, the film follows Larry’s life, bringing forward new evidence and previously unseen original documents and new evidence in these events. Larry has fought for the justice and truth behind this matter since the Capel Green incident; battling the press, the military unit he served, as well as a few online detractors. The film talks to the many witnesses involved, takes the time to analyze the facts, documents, new revelations and evidence behind what really occurred, and questions why these incidents did not follow the standard investigation procedures by authorities.
Among serious concerns and base officials directly revealing Larry Warren was not on duty,as was called by several officials,Warrens claims began to diminish as the said truth. Capell Green and there associates continued there pursuit of there said documentary, even if it meant the entirety of said truth would be fabricated.
On the below screenshots,we see what the actual people in charge of the said base had to say about Warren. And this I am sure was A warning to Capell Green.
Among other complaints surrounding Hesseltine and Warren, Jim Penniston had this to say.
