Perhaps with all the recent media attention and complaints from people across the country, comes a harsh reality that we are among scammers. These are people that have no problems in filtering themselves as somebody important into the paranormal entertainment sector. The truth could not be further.
In this case A recent lawsuit from Perission Entertainment had alleged that a viral attempt to slander and harass there company had began shortly after there contract had breached. Malone and at least 4 others were the said named inside a lawsuit seeking A temporary court injunction.
The case was heard before the 95th judicial court in Dallas Texas, where Perission entertainment was based out of.

The case was brought before the judicial court, it alleged that Malone a one Carol l Malone had engaged in activity to spread slanderous comments and had been an employ to cause perission company to pay Malone the money she paid them.
The complaint alleges that Malone and 4 others acted with malice in a concerted attempt to hurt the plaintiff or Perission Entertainment. It’s officers and directors and furthermore asserted that the attempt to falsely accuse Perission 0f fraud, theft and other statements made that were not remotely close to being true.
This case sounds very similar to the types of things we have seen her do. Even to the point she will make up some story about myself being some sick pedophile. This is very disturbing, but now that we do know based on these court records it is her way of ducking the obvious,and that is that she is a scammer by all means and rights even with the publishing of said children’s books.
