Ryan Buell does it again. No compassion and no respect for the law. Ryan who is already in trouble for allegedly stealing a Hertz rental car last year and who is still being tried in the court system this month is at it again, although out on bail. Ryan traveled to A New York comic con over this past weekend. The question many are now wondering about, is how did Buell even get to the comic con.
It is well known that Buell is out on bond, but is it known if Buell can travel from state to state, while he is subject to a prior court case? It was said he had to surrender his passport, but then you do not need a passport to travel from state to state.
Just today, we learned that a truck a White Ford F 150 was rented by Buell and one other man Ben Lorigan. It was said to have been rented for a day, but had not been seen for more then three days. After speaking to the owner of Putr Truck and SUV Rentals. Tom Potter, went on to say that he had reservations about renting to Buell in the first place, but do to some kindness he decided to lend him the rental. After the allotted time went by Tom noticed he (Buell) had made no phone calls and Buell nor anybody else had made contact with him or his company. None the less the rental had not been returned.
The very same thing, happened last year with Buell that led to the mans arrest and extradition back to PA. The following court documents, are of the existing and pending case.
Potter, went on to say that a police report was filed and direct contact concerning the alleged stolen rental was being viewed by the States College Police. Potter stated that he made posts to Buell’s Facebook page, but had believed they were seen and taken down by Buell himself. Potter then stated that he made yet another post on a page and that this time it was noted and seen.
According to further testimony, Potter stated directly that Buell finally returned the rental and had somebody else pay for it but not until Buell was notified that police reports and a stolen vehicle report had been sent via police. Potter then went on to say, that only then did Buell apparently beg him to call the state police and let them know the vehicle was not stolen.. as Buell had stated he would be pulled over.Potter also stated that it was very possible that Buell may have been driving the rental, although Buell did not have or may not have had insurance to do so, but it was known Buell had a drivers license.
See rental agreement, between Buell and the rental company. The rental agreement clearly shows where the truck was listed as a no show and that it was reported stolen.
Last year Ryan Buell was accused and charged in the theft of a Hertz rental vehicle and is currently facing charges in States College PA, where he is do back in court the 20th of this month.
All incidents are alleged and all parties assumed innocent until proven guilty.
