Police are only investigating one in 100 cyber crime fraud cases, an investigation has revealed.
In the past year I myself personally have reported some of the worst threats and Blackmail ever recorded,The police response to this was next to nothing. And that sort of action taken by them, is wide spread clear across the country. So please ask your self, if the police won’t
deal with this and other agencies can not seem to find a medium barrier, then what do people do?
The number of online fraud cases has rocketed in recent years – leaving officers reliant on a computer program to decide if cases ‘are worth’ following up.By this time it is very possible severe damage is been done to the person who would have made the complaint. In my case i’m being Black Mailed to remove my paper site or the unthinkable will happen.
Actual victims, have when attempted to file a complaint, been shuffled to an annoyance category and or simply been given a reference number that you called.keeping your own records and seeking legal council is the best thing to do. We have done this several times.
If you are actually being cyber bullied and actual threats are being made. It is best to try to have your police where you live see the evidence or even better yet show them the evidence,if this does not help you, then call the mayors office in your state or city or town and form a complaint.
Remember do not make threats, do not say something threatening, remain calm collective and always remember, it will get better soon.
For the record the paranormal draws some pretty strange people out. Not all are that way,but they are out there. In the past month this paper has been attacked well over 300 times. The slander is been a daily thing, fake threats being made to local police and even threats to my papers editor, by ways of electronic communication.
Kelly Griffin is our papers editor, she has placed her ass on the line to edit and bring some entertaining articles to all of you, whom have read this paper. She has experienced severe harassment by a few individuals and keeps on ticking like a Timex clock. For this, we are internally great-full.
There are three things to do when being threatened:
#1 know it is not your fault,if police tell you, you did something wrong, they are under educated and definitely not correct.
#2 Do not respond if you can help it, although it can be a challenging time to give the said individual a what for,but it might be what they want you to do.
#3 Document, and save all evidence. You may need it much later,it can also prove many other things as well.
