I do not always rate peoples books or their work, because I know how hard they work to get that said book published. The authors were kind in giving this book. They sent it to me as they had promised.
Most often times I start reading a novel and lose all interest after the third chapter, but this particular book I read from start to finish. The book was well structured, punctuation grammar,it had everything a well written book would have and the reader would want to see.
The Paranormal Herald, was more then happy to give five stars to this wonderful creation.
The author Lochlainn Seabrook, has a great winner in the UFO category. The novel is also forwarded by Nick pope.
“UFOs and Aliens: The Complete Guidebook,” by award-winning Tennessee author and Southern historian Lochlainn Seabrook, is the ultimate primer for beginners, an invaluable resource for veteran ufologists, and a one-of-a-kind work that’s packed with just about everything you’ll ever want to know about extraterrestrials and their out-of-this-world craft. Seabrook writes knowledgeably, with verve and clarity, making the journey through this complex topic both entertaining and educational. Well researched, the book includes detailed descriptions of UFOs and aliens, a history of UFOs, sixty-one real casebook studies, proof of the reality of UFOs, a list of NASA UFO images, chapters on alien abduction, cattle mutilations, crop circles, Men in Black, skeptics, becoming a ufologist, and the worldwide UFO coverup. Also included: suggested books, DVDs, organizations, and Websites, a UFO sighting form, a useful glossary, and more. Erin Ryder of “Chasing UFOs” and “Destination Truth” calls Mr. Seabrook’s work: “A truly remarkable introduction to UFOs that transcends all other guidebooks in the genre!” If you’re looking for something on UFOs that explains them away as weather balloons, space debris, birds, meteors, Chinese lanterns, light refractions, or secret experimental aircraft, this is not the book for you. Having had his own UFO sightings, Mr. Seabrook respects his topic, writing with the enthusiasm of an open-minded believer rather than with the close-minded bias of a debunker. Still, his approach is essentially scientific, a refreshing position that only adds to the academic value of this engaging and enlightening work. A complete guidebook in every sense of the word, this is a must-have for anyone – particularly those new to the subject – who is looking for an affordable one-volume book that explores all facets of the UFO phenomenon. The Foreword is by Nick Pope, the “Real Fox Mulder,” Head of the British Government’s UFO Project 1991-1994, and author of “Open Skies, Closed Minds.” Back cover blurbs are by nuclear physicist Stanton T. Friedman (author of “Crash At Corona: The U.S. Military Retrieval and Cover-Up of a UFO”), UFO authority Timothy Good (author of “Above Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-up”), and naval physicist Dr. Bruce Maccabee (author of “UFOs Are Real, Here’s the Proof”). Lochlainn Seabrook is the winner of the prestigious Jefferson Davis Historical Gold Medal, awarded by the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Known as the “American Robert Graves” after his celebrated British cousin, Seabrook is a seventh-generation Kentuckian of Appalachian heritage, the sixth great-grandson of the Earl of Oxford, and the author of over thirty popular books, including: “Britannia Rules: Goddess-Worship in Ancient Anglo-Celtic Society”; “Christmas Before Christianity: How the Birthday of the ‘Sun’ Became the Birthday of the ‘Son'”; “The Book of Kelle: An Introduction to Goddess-Worship and the Great Celtic Mother-Goddess Kelle”; “The Quotable Jefferson Davis”; “The Quotable Robert E. Lee”; “Everything You Were Taught About the Civil War is Wrong, Ask a Southerner!”; “Abraham Lincoln: The Southern View”; “Lincolnology: The Real Abraham Lincoln Revealed in His Own Words”; “The Unquotable Abraham Lincoln: The President’s Quotes They Don’t Want You to Know!”; “Forrest! 99 Reasons to Love Nathan Bedford Forrest”; “A Rebel Born: A Defense of Nathan Bedford Forrest”; “The Alexander H. Stephens Reader”; “The McGavocks of Carnton Plantation: A Southern History”; “Nathan Bedford Forrest: Southern Hero, American Patriot”; “Carnton Plantation Ghost Stories: True Tales of the Unexplained From Tennessee’s Most Haunted Civil War House!”; “The Constitution of the Confederate States of America Explained”; and “The Caudills: An Etymological, Ethnological, and Genealogical Study.”
