There is one question, many have tried to answer.Does the Paranormal have any ties to elucid or even what we know as bad dreaming?how about nightmares.
No one likes being jolted awake from a deep sleep, especially when what riled you up was an assailant, a snake in the bed, or being engulfed by flames. Maybe something slid their hand up your blankets, touched your hair at night, perhaps something from far away has growled and snarled, or perhaps even you heard footsteps down the hallway?Bad dreams—or worse, nightmares—aren’t just annoying; when reoccurring, they can disrupt a good night’s sleep, and sometimes, life.
Although there has been multiple brain studies and even clinical research on sleep disorders, they still have not truly explained what has caused them.
The Brain During A Nightmare
Nightmares tend to occur in the last third of the night when REM sleep is the strongest. Sleep is divided into four stages: stage 1 (sleep onset), stage 2 (light sleep) and stages 3 and 4 (deep sleep) — the REM stages. REM sleep occurs every 90 minutes during the night, and is associated with high brain activity, rapid eye movements and inhibited voluntary motor activity. Typically, dreaming occurs in all stages, with 80 percent of people awakened during REM sleep and sleep onset (stages 1 and 2), while 40 percent of persons are awakened from a deep sleep, according to an article in the American Family Physician.
So ask yourselves how does this tie in with having assorted bad dreams about someone or something, then days weeks or even hours later, the said dream happens perfectly as you had dreamed it?
Let us take a look at folks, who have said they have had Paranormal experiences, some frightening infact. Is it then plausible, that these types of individuals can be more susceptible to bad dreams?
My name is Evan Jensen and I have interviewed many people inside the Paranormal world.“I have found that it can depend on past trauma and more common personality types,” the more sensitive people, are those who avoid confrontation at all costs and who get let down very easily, are more prone to nightmares, simply because life and choices are more difficult for them.”
In order to have a better grasp of our dreams, we must begin to address the issues that plague us in the day,if the issues are indeed some Paranormal phenomena based incidents and you feel you need to find help do so,because they can affect your sleep patterns and your internal health as well.. “We talk to ourselves all day long while awake. That doesn’t change when we sleep,” the better conversation you have with yourself while awake will ensure better dreams at night.”
So the simple solution, then is to always talk to your self while your awake and before you sleep according to specific related studies?
