Is FaceBook the new Devil’s Playground?

The Following is a brief article, author Edwin Becker asked me to replay, for the Paranormal world to read. Our hearts and best regards go to the Becker family.

There is no doubt that FaceBook can be a wonderful place to share family moments, keep in touch with old friends, and even make new ones. BUT, who are these new friends…..do you really know? FaceBook and the paranormal community is being overrun by many forms of pure evil. I won’t name names, but some will recognize the profiles. There are those with multiple profiles and even phony Facebook photos. There are those that represent themselves as single, but are married. Yes, we have those that are into dark arts that represent themselves as Christians. We have those that summon and create curses. We have those that make up nonexistent events to blatantly steal. We have those that are always soliciting for illnesses and diseases they likely never have or had. We have those that dress as clergy either to deceive, or in mockery of faith. We have the so-called “gifted” who charge for their false services, preying on those that are troubled and in need of direction. We also have groups of people with “special” powers that will see the “special” in you and get you to join their groups or “cults.” They will manipulate you just for sick pleasure. We have people that see demons everywhere and will sell you their cure. We have “Healers” that claim to physically heal you, but remember….they have no malpractice insurance. We have some with far too many aliases and criminal backgrounds. We have predators of all shapes and sizes, waiting to intrude into your life.  How about an investigation group led by a sex offender? Yes we have it all just waiting to pounce. Lest I forget those that are just bat-shit crazy.  They sometimes band together, so if one is exposed, the others attempt to silence the reporter in a true kill the messenger fashion. Just observing that drama brings out the true players. Finally, beware of the complete addiction. FaceBook can be a very wonderful place for social communication, as long as one knows what is lurking just below the surface. Always be aware and take nothing for granted. Believe me I know, as FaceBook has scarred my life in a way I will never recover.    Edwin F. Becker

  1. First of all I would like to post that Edwin Becker is an honorable man. There are not many like him in social media! At one point in time, very long ago. When all this started. Some of you were not even born yet. That is a fact! There were many people like Edwin Becker who had values, good intent, and a driving heart and soul behind what they were presenting. Both to the public, and in their personal lives. It used to be a good thing! Now because of the way things have changed in fields of study combined with an overwhelming presence of social media and a short trip to fame and fortune. Its become nothing but a cesspool. Full of liars cheats and thieves. All out for self gain and self recognition. Forgetting about the sacrifice to others. Or what they do on social media, how that effects others! No most of the people like Edwin Becker are gone from social media. Some of them that were like him a very long time ago, changed. They changed their goals, incorporated beliefs to stay alive and in the eye of the public. If it was right or if it was wrong to do that they did it anyway. They started forming cult like cliques where they would be protected from the decisions they made or the hurt or pain they caused others. All to be in the eye of the public on social media and other avenues of media presentations….. It says in an ancient book which everyone thinks is false, because of social media, or it is taken with a grain of salt do to the desire of the individual who once stood for something and now bends and molds themselves like a changeling into these cultish Cliques. ” That even the Saints shall be tempted”. And yes it shows. It does really show. That that book is correct! Just look at social media! God Bless YOU Edwin BECKER. Your one of the ones that did not fold! I hope you keep doing what you are doing!

  2. I am a Biblical demonologist/deliverance specialist and its not just Facebook that we see evil. Its all around us, every second of every single day. It’s truly up to each of us to make a positive change, impact lives with good and get to the cold hearts of so many. It’s a crazy world, no doubt!

  3. Joe vitale placed this comment but had difficulties getting into the comment section, so this is his comments” Whether it is something evil or human nature, people in general have a desire to be notice or to stick out among the crowd. I personally try to keep a low key, there seems to be a witch hunt within the paranormal community, even when legitimate credible people rise to success there are even more willing to tear them down out of jealousy and hatred. Social media is a playground for all kinds of crazies but at the same we are also connecting with people that we don’t know and have extremely different values or opinions on everyday life whether its belief or politics. People will change their opinion based on their own life experiences but sometimes can be influenced by outside forces. Always be careful of what you say and who your social media friends are. After all most of them you don’t really know.
